About the course

The video lectures are designed and developed by COP Education and delivered by Shiva Rama Krishna (M.Sc. Physics, CSIR All India Rank 59), who brings over 8 years of teaching experience in Engineering Physics. Each lecture is carefully designed with a strong emphasis on conceptual clarity, scientific accuracy, and structured learning. Every concept is explained in a simple, step-by-step manner, making even complex physical principles easy to understand for learners of all proficiency levels. The lectures seamlessly connect fundamental physics with real-world engineering applications through visual demonstrations, numerical problem-solving, and practical examples. Examination-oriented discussions, concept-based explanations, and application-focused teaching help students build a strong foundation in Engineering Physics, excel in semester examinations, and confidently prepare for competitive examinations such as APECET and TGECET.

Course Outcomes

Upon successful completion of Engineering Physics, students will be able to:

  1. Develop a strong understanding of physical quantities, SI units, measurement techniques, errors in measurements, and vector concepts used in engineering applications.
  2. Apply the principles of mechanics, gravitation, and planetary motion to solve engineering problems and understand their applications in satellite technology.
  3. Understand the concepts of energy, thermal physics, and acoustics, and recognize their importance in engineering systems and everyday life.
  4. Explain the fundamental principles of electricity, magnetism, and modern physics, including photoelectric cells, optical fibers, superconductors, and nanotechnology, along with their engineering applications.
  5. Build a strong conceptual foundation through step-by-step explanations, real-world applications, solved examples, and numerical problem-solving techniques.
  6. Prepare confidently for semester examinations through syllabus-oriented, concept-based, and examination-focused learning.
  7. Strengthen competitive examination preparation using additional practice questions, previous-year question papers, and value-added resources designed for AP ECET, TG ECET, and other engineering entrance examinations.
